This notice applies to the equipment inquiry form on metwelder.com and the processing directly required to answer an inquiry.

Website inquiries are processed by Suzhou RENYI New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. and the service providers needed to operate the inquiry service.

- 公司名称、联系人、电话和电子邮箱；
- 行业、意向产品、预计数量、回复时间和工艺需求；
- 来源页面、浏览器语言及用于安全和限流的 IP 信息。
- Company, contact name, phone number and email address;
- Industry, product interest, estimated quantity, desired response time and process requirements;
- Source page, browser language and IP information used for security and rate limiting.

信息用于核实询盘、进行设备选型与技术回复、安排样件或项目沟通，以及防止垃圾提交和滥用。我们不会出售您提交的个人信息。
We use the information to verify the inquiry, provide product selection and technical responses, arrange sample or project discussions, and prevent spam and abuse. We do not sell submitted personal information.
4. 共享、存储与保留4. Sharing, storage and retention
信息可能由网站托管、邮件传输及安全服务商（包括 Netlify 和 Cloudflare Turnstile）在必要范围内处理，其服务器可能位于您所在地区之外。未形成合同的普通询盘通常保留不超过 12 个月；如法律、合同、质量追溯或争议处理要求更长时间，将按必要期限保留。
Information may be processed by hosting, email delivery and security providers, including Netlify and Cloudflare Turnstile, only as necessary to operate the service; their systems may be located outside your region. Ordinary inquiries that do not lead to a contract are generally kept for no longer than 12 months. Longer retention may apply where required for legal, contractual, quality-traceability or dispute purposes.
5. 安全与防滥用5. Security and abuse prevention
询盘接口使用来源检查、请求大小限制、隐藏蜜罐、最短填写时间、基于 IP/域名的限流和 Cloudflare Turnstile 人机验证。Turnstile 可能处理 IP、浏览器与设备信号，用于判断提交是否来自自动化程序；详见 Cloudflare 隐私政策。尽管我们会采取合理技术措施，任何互联网传输都无法保证绝对安全。
The inquiry endpoint uses origin checks, request-size limits, a hidden honeypot, minimum completion time, IP/domain rate limiting and Cloudflare Turnstile human verification. Turnstile may process IP, browser and device signals to determine whether a submission is automated; see the Cloudflare Privacy Policy. While reasonable technical measures are used, no internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
